Wahid Construction Ltd has broken ground on a 22-storey commercial tower in Gulshan, Dhaka, which will add approximately 500,000 square feet of premium Grade-A office space. The project, designed with modern architectural standards and sustainability features, is expected to be completed by 2028. The tower will feature smart building systems, underground parking for 200 vehicles, and LEED-certified design elements.
